who we are

What started as a journey to open a brewery led us to an address rooted in beer and community for well over a decade (8 Degrees Plato). We’re here because there’s nothing better in life than a good conversation with a couple beverages, and we want to do that with you. There’s something for everyone, even if you just need to snag something to go on your way to the bonfire. Laugh too loud, stay too long, we’d love to have ya.
